My schedule reflects my free spirit. I go wherever I am called, which means I am available for specialty classes and individual and group yoga sessions at your request. Below you will find a list of offerings from which you can choose.

Note about on line classes:

  • Tuesday evening class will be a Facebook Live class through Evolve Fitness and Studios Facebook page.

  • Wednesday evening class requires a sign up through Synergy Wellness using MindBody.

  • All other classes can be attended by clicking the zoom link. If you are new to Zoom and need some assistance, feel free to call me and I will be happy to help you.

  • Please have on hand your yoga mat, 2 blocks or stacks of books, and a blanket.

Class Descriptions

Slow Flow Yoga

Class pace is slower with an emphasis on safe alignment and maintaining the balance of slow breathing. The toned-down speed doesn’t mean that the poses are any less beneficial for building strength, stability and postural integrity than other styles. This slower pace is definitely more conducive to the meditative practices of mindfulness and breath awareness. This makes it particularly well-suited to newer students, or for those who desire deep concentration within their practice.  

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. In Yin Yoga, floor postures are held passively for several minutes in order to access a safe and positive ‘stress’ on the deep layers of connective tissue in the body.Poses may be held from 3 to 5 minutes.

Gentle flow

A great way to relax and unwind with calming meditation, gentle stretching, and some restorative poses. If strengthening is desired, modifications are always available in order for you to make your practice work for you as you honor the messages your body is sending you. 

Restorative Yoga with Reiki

Students experience the benefits of supported, restful, restorative yoga poses along with hands-on Reiki energy assists. No experience necessary. Great care will be given to make sure students are comfortable in all yoga poses.
